      Sorry Mike. We are not professionals at producing on-line media (I guess you figured that out already) and so we struggle through. We'll see what we can do to fix it.

    Thank you, Andrea and Zhuping, for your VERY informative videos. Everything is very clear, so even after I have been reading a lot about chinese teas now, some holes in my understanding about production of oolong / pu erh fx have been filled… : )
    I can also recommend Simply Tea in denmark, which you know : ) They have a very fine teashop in Aarhus, denmark.

      Hi Ulla Thanks for your comment. Please say hello to Alexis when you are in visiting Simply Tea. I have have great affection for the Danish people that I have met through tea, and I am hope to visit there as both Mette and Alexis have promised to arrange for me to go sailing with a Danish sailor.
