It may not serve Seven Cups/Green Dragon directly, since you don't really sell them, but I'd really love to learn more about aged oolongs and aged teas in general (other than Puer). Generally, it seems like most teas have a "sell-by" date, but some of the best teas I've had have been aged oolongs. And then there are teas like SIlver Needle, which may not get better in taste as they age, but their medicinal properties change or increase. I think that would make for a fascinating videocast or series. Are there teas that we ought to buy now for later, like wines that aren't going to see their peak for a few years?

    Thanks Eric :)

I talked to Zhu Ping about it, and she thinks it would be a good videocast to talk about how long you can keep teas before their flavor fades, and how to store tea. We'll do some research and hopefully we'll get a podcast out of it!
