Puer Tour Day 4

In the morning we drove to Youle. Youle is another one of the ‘Six Famous Mountains’ famous for it’s puer tea. We all got to make our own cakes and drank a lot of tea. Cha Ma Shi has six of these small factories scatter around the puer growing area of Yunnan.  Here are some photos.

I’ve heard it said recently that Puer-making is still a secret. Is this true? Because if you were able to participate by making some of your own, you’d then be able to know a lot about how it’s done. Do tell.
