How To Brew Tea
When people first shift from low quality tea bags to loose tea they are unsure how to brew the perfect pot of tea. No need to worry. It’s easy if you start with fine tea, add high quality water and steep to your personal taste. Since different types of tea require different water temperatures and amount of tea, we have given these general guidelines to get started.
General Guidelines
12 oz Pot Quantity Temperature Time
White Tea 2 Tbsp (3 gms) 160-195F 1-3 mins.
Green Tea 1/2 Tbsp-1 1/2 Tbsp(3 gms) 160-180F 1/2-2 mins.
Scented Tea 1/2 Tbsp (3gms) 200F 1/2-2 min.
