We buy the best Shefeng Longjing from an old man that has won so many competitions over the last fifty years that he doesn't bother competing any longer. The price we pay, although high, is not as outrageous as indicated on that sight. I was wondering if perhaps Austin or anyone here knows any background info about this tea auction and perhaps about why this particular tea went for such a high price. There's lots of great green tea out there that doesn't cost so much -- I am happy with those but am still curious about the teas that get sold for such incredible amounts of money. </p>
