The Ma Guo Tou Green Puer uses the same mao cha as that of Ma Guo Tou Black Puer, from Lin Chang, Xi Shuang Ban Na, and Wen Shan Zhou. After careful selection and processing, the tea cake clearly shows the extremely fresh, even buds and leaves. In the past, all the tea was transported by a gang of Yun Nan locals called Ma Bang (ma means horse, while bang means a gang of people. They were known for transporting and protecting tea from Yun Nan to other places). Ma Guo Tou were the leaders of Ma Bang, who were engaged in tea business, such as selection, negotiation, and accommodation, and were very distinguished and influential in the tea trade circle. They were experts on tea appraisal, hard workers, scrupulous businessmen and strong leaders.
